Shipping and Processing:
In-stock merchandise typically ships within 1-2 business days. Weekend orders are processed the next business day.
If an item on your order is marked back-ordered the entire order will be held until all items return to stock. If you would like us to split the order and ship the items separately you can request we do that by emailing us at email@example.com. We may not always be able to ship orders separately because some items ship directly from our distributor or the manufacturer.
We make every attempt to provide you the most accurate date of shipment for back-ordered items yet sometimes receipt of these items are delayed. If the items are going to be substantially delayed we will email you with an updated anticipated shipping date. If an item is out of stock and that information was not provided to you on the website, we will email you with additional information on availability.
Provide a Correct Shipping Address:
Customer is responsible for providing a correct shipping address for deliveries. Please make sure your delivery address is correct and complete! Infinity Naturals, LLC is not liable for an incorrect delivery address, we would hate to see your shipment delayed for you in anyway.
Infinity Naturals LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, mis-routed or undelivered shipments. Shipping insurance is available through the correct shipping carrier for a small fee per package.
Damaged Shipments, Shortages, or Refused shipments:
Any damaged or short shipments must be reported within 24 hours of their receipt. Please call 1-855-TRUE-YOU or email firstname.lastname@example.org in order to immediately report any issue with your products.
**PLEASE NOTE: Refused shipments/packages have been known to get lost in the return process and may not be returned to us. If you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, we are unable to issue a refund.
Return and Refund Policy:

Please see some specifics listed below. IMPORTANT NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS 60 DAYS AND OVER FROM PURCHASE DATE.
Many of the products in our store are covered by terms and conditions of a manufacturer's limited warranty. If a product is covered, the warranty is in full effect once the product leaves the warehouse and is accepted by you. Please contact us if you need more information about a specific product and its manufacturer's warranty.
Food, Minerals, and Body Care Products: Any unopened and sealed items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. All opened and unsealed products are not returnable or refundable.
Appliance and Exercise Equipment Returns:
We will be glad to answer, to the best of our ability, any questions you may have regarding the appliance you purchase. We also suggest contacting the manufacturer directly to inquire about appliance specifics.
All warranties are between the appliance manufacturer and you (the customer). Infinity Naturals makes no express or implied warranties. The manufacturer is responsible for repairing or correcting any defects during the warranty period. Please review your warranty immediately upon receipt of your appliance. If the appliance is defective or needs repairs during the warranty period please review your warranty and contact the manufacturer to make arrangements for repair or replacement.
If you have NOT used the appliance, and NOT broken the manufacturer's seal on the box, you can return the appliance within 7 days of purchase for a full product refund. The original shipping charges will not be refunded and return shipping charges must be prepaid by the purchaser.
If the appliance you wish to return has been used, you can still return the appliance within 7 days of purchase. The appliance is subject to a restocking/cleaning fee up to 30% and the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to us. If the appliance is found to be defective or damaged in any way, your refund will not be processed and you will have to take care of shipping the product to the manufacturer to be repaired under warranty.
No return can be accepted without our prior authorization. We will refuse unauthorized returns.
